2 ELGIN RUNAWAYS NOT TO HELP CATCH VILLA
Rudolph Metzier, 956 Dundee avenue and Louis Szemenyei, 915 St. John street, two fifteen-year-old boys, will not assist the United States army in hunting Villa.The two boys ran away from their homes in this city two days ago to start for Mexico. Last night, officials of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul railroad picked them up at Marton, Ia., and telegraphed the Elgin police for instructions. The boys will be brought back.
